These Terms and Conditions govern your use of human-n-loop.com and any purchase you make from the store. The store is operated by Chris Davis under the name Human-N-Loop, based in Easley, South Carolina, USA. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Our products
Human-N-Loop sells printed merchandise — including mugs, bottles, caps, and other items — featuring our original designs. Every item is made to order: nothing is printed until you place an order. Items are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (the Printify network of print providers). We hold no warehouse inventory.
Product images on this site are digital mockups. They are a close representation of the finished item, but colors and print placement may vary slightly in production.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. Because production begins after your order is placed, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has gone into production — contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need help with an order.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an error.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
Production and shipping
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns and replacements
Because every item is made to order, we accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Change-of-mind returns (for example, ordering the wrong size or color) are not available on made-to-order items. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, and branding on this site belong to Human-N-Loop or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in the design printed on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The store and its products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Human-N-Loop’s total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
